[ DESCRIPTION ]

Intake top cover is made in pre-preg carbon fiber, cured in autoclave. It fits all original Gold Leaf GT4 RS Style intake systems.

The system is fully reversible and requires no cutting or modifying of any original parts. It ensures a great induction noise from the engine right behind the drivers ears. It supports an OEM+ look, with stunning carbon fiber appearance in a variety of finishes, all providing great UV protection.

[ ORIGINAL & QUIET VERSION ]

The original top cover is constructed from rubber-core carbon fiber. In contrast, the quieter version incorporates additional plastic inserts that create a cavity, allowing for the integration of noise-insulating foam.

At peak RPM and wide-open throttle, the original intake cover produces a sound level of 107 dB. The quieter top cover reduces sound power levels by approximately 30%.

For comparison, the original GT4 RS was measured at 110 dB inside the cabin.

[ INSTALLATION PROCESS ]

The installation process of the quieter carbon fiber intake top cover is straightforward and can be done by professional technicians or experienced car enthusiasts. Simply remove the existing top cover (seven screws) and replace it with the new one.
